Description
In spring and summer Lövstaslätten is a good place to see many birds of prey like Лунь лучний, Лунь польовий, Шуліка рудий and Орлан-білохвіст. Even very rare species like Лунь степовий and Шуліка чорний have been seen here.
In autumn many migrating birds pass through here like Сивка звичайна and rarities like Щеврик азійський and Хрустан євразійський have been seen. Пуночка снігова and Чечітка гірська spend there winters here.

Access
Lövstaslätten is vast and one can birdwatch anywhere, the area marked on the map is located just south-east of Uppsala outside of a village called Danmark and just one kilometer from Linnés Hammarby, where one can find a bigger parking lot. Parking is otherwise tricky and not intended. You can get here by both car and bike. Click on a P in the map to get directions to that spot.
