Description
The small Puebla campsite is situated on the Embalse de José Torán. This reservoir is located on the bird migration route to Tarifa. As spring progresses, a large part of the reservoir dries up, allowing you to make beautiful walks inside the reservoir. Especially during the autumn migration the (empty) reservoir is visited by hundreds of Пісочник великий and Пісочник малий, 3 species of Жовта плиска, countless Даурська ластівка, as well as Ластівка скельна, Ластівка міська, Ластівка берегова and Ластівка сільська. Одуд can be seen in large numbers. Шуліка чорноплечий hunts every day, often with 2 or 3 individuals.
In spring and summer the campsite has breeding Сорокопуд терновий, Горихвістка чорна, Горихвістка звичайна, Мухоловка строката, Мухоловка сіра, сорокопуд південний, Горобець чорногрудий, 4 species of tits, Дятел звичайний, Дятел малий and Зелений дятел. The Могильник іспанський and Сип білоголовий breed in the vicinity of the campsite. Змієїд блакитноногий, Орел-карлик малий and Скопа are also frequently seen, as are Шуліка чорний and Шуліка рудий.
Located between Seville and Cordoba, the small campsite is an excellent place to stay surrounded by nature. There are a huge variety of birds to spot on and around the campsite. If you stay for a few days, you can easily see 80 species of birds up close.
