Description
Cueva del Moro is rock in the Sierra de la Plata. Famous among birders because of the rare swifts ( Серпокрилець білогузий and Серпокрилець малий ) which formerly bred in Cueva del Moro. But you must be lucky to see them nowadays, although they are still observed. Easier to see is the colony of nesting Сип білоголовий and the Скеляр синій. Other birds you can observe here include Сапсан, Ластівка скельна, Стерв’ятник білий and during migration Змієїд блакитноногий, Орел-карлик малий, Осоїд євразійський and Шуліка чорний. Don't forget to explore the surrounding habitats which are also rich in birds.
