Carabias is a small village surrounded by fields. The trees around the village contain Вивільга звичайна who feast on the numerous fruit trees in the village and nest in the trees. Many other birds can be spotted around the village, like flocks of Сип білоголовий, but also Горлиця звичайна, Кеклик червононогий, Орел-карлик малий, Серпокрилець чорний, Одуд and Бджолоїдка звичайна.
