Small wetland located on the point where the Bolue stream flows into the Gobelas river.
The Bolue wetland covers approximately 12 hectares and is located at the confluence of the Gobela river and the Bolue stream. It consists of large reed areas surrounded by willows and alders. Cattails grow in its central area. The wetland is visited by migratory birds.

Bolue wetland is located directly east of the town of Getxo, 12 km north of the city of Bilbao. You can park next to the Fadura sports center or next to the Bolue soccer fields. Click on the P in the map for directions. You can make a circular walk of 1,3 km around the wetland and there are several viewpoints.
