Description
Around Katunić you can see many species of birds. The road that gets you there is already very bird rich. Along the mountain path you can see Горіхівка крапчаста, Жовна чорна, Жовна сива, Повзик звичайний, Орябок лісовий and many other birds. At the plateau you can see Трав'янка чорноголова, Боривітер звичайний, Підсоколик великий, Деркач лучний and some others. At the mountain top there are some rocky areas where you can see Кам’янка звичайна, Кеклик європейський, Боривітер степовий, Сип білоголовий, Скеляр строкатий, Щеврик червоногрудий and Змієїд блакитноногий.

Access
You can park at the mountain lodge and then hike from there. Also there are some ways of getting to the plateau by car but for thaty a 4x4 terrain car is needed. Click on the P in the map to get directions to the mountain lodge.
