Tarnowa Łąka - Dolina Rowu Polskiego is an area of open meadows surrounded by forest both from the south and from the north. It is a place of breeding, resting and feeding for many interesting bird species such as Журавель сірий, Лунь польовий, Лунь лучний, Боривітер звичайний and of passerines like Трав'янка чорноголова and Трав’янка лучна. In spring, especially when the area is flooded, you can see many species of ducks, as well as Лебідь-шипун, Лебідь-кликун and Лебідь чорнодзьобий. A permanent resident is Сірий (Великий) сорокопуд. In 2016, the presence of a subspecies of the Сірий (Великий) сорокопуд - Lanius exubitor homeyeri, was recorded. In spring you can hear the Деркач лучний.
