Description

Dunduru pļavas is a natural wet meadow landscape within the Ķemeri National Park. These meadows were once drained and straightened for agriculture, but the Slampes River was restored to its natural, winding course, transforming the area into a rich floodplain habitat. In the area you can observe many water and marsh birds. Among the birds you can observe are Журавель сірий, Лебідь-кликун, Деркач лучний, Пастушок, Чайка чубата, Трав’янка лучна, Підорлик малий and Орлан-білохвіст.
