Description
Part of the area belongs to a public park, while the rest is private (and not well kept). Still, it is possible to walk all around the lake (around 45 minutes + birding stops). There is a roost of Чапля єгипетська, a feral small population of Казарка канадська and recently some Баклан малий. In the last years, wintering birds have included Siskin, Вівсянка очеретяна, Тинівка лісова and Ремез звичайний. Other nice birds are Бугайчик, Рибалочка блакитний and Вивільга звичайна. During spring migration several passerine birds stop for a few days, including Кропив’янка прудка, Мухоловка сіра and Мухоловка строката. Rarities are possible (Collared flycatcher in 2018).
On sunny weekends a lot of people visit the area, so expect disturbance.

Free parking at the entrance of the park. Easy to access (public area). Walking paths are also accessible but not so well kept in the private area.
