Parco dell'Oasi Vallona is a small park. The Tergola river flows along the park and crosses many cultivated lands. You can observe mostly common birds such as Припутень, Горлиця садова, Шпак звичайний, Крижень, Канюк звичайний, Сойка звичайна, Ворона сіра, Ворона чорна and Сорока звичайна. In the river itself it is easy to spot species such as Лиска звичайна, Водяна курочка or Плиска гірська and Плиска біла, sometimes even some Баклан малий. Along the entire route and in the trees, there are birds such as Велика синиця, Синиця блакитна, Ополовник звичайний, або синиця довгохвоста, Дрізд чорний, Дятел звичайний, Зелений дятел, Кропивник, Вільшанка, Зяблик звичайний or Щедрик європейський. During migration sometimes Скопа is spotted.

The route along the river is easily accessible from Via Roma: from here you can choose whether to follow the west side, from which it is possible to access the circular route of the Oasi Vallona, or whether to follow the east side, accessible via a dirt road. The river route is also accessible from the north-west, at the intersection of the canal and the river itself.
