Description
The small Rif wetland is located in the area of Melrakkaslétta on the Snaefellsnes peninsula in northwest Iceland. It is a breeding area for many birds and has an ideal location between the coast and the mountains. Among the birds you can encounter are Гагара червоношия, Пірникоза червоношия, Пухівка зеленошия, Плавунець круглодзьобий, Крех середній, Казарка чорна, Лебідь-кликун, Крячок полярний, Пісочник великий, Грицик великий, Коловодник звичайний, Поморник короткохвостий, Мартин гренландський and Мартин полярний.
