The island of Kányavári is one of the most accessible areas of the Kis-Balaton Nature Reserve. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Рибалочка блакитний, Бджолоїдка звичайна, Чернь білоока, Крячок чорний, Зозуля звичайна, Баклан малий, Орлан-білохвіст, Очеретянка велика, Кобилочка солов’їна, Соловейко західний and Мухоловка білошия.
