Description
Rhodes is a very dry island, smaller birds breed early before vegetation dies back. At Lindos you can find the usual mediterranean versions of swifts, swallows, warblers and Кам’янка іспанська. Birds of prey include Боривітер звичайний, Боривітер степовий (especially at the acropolis), Сплюшка євразійська and Канюк степовий. Other birds you can encounter are Чапля жовта, Лежень, Сорокопуд червоноголовий, Даурська ластівка and Побережник малий.

Lindos is located on the south-east coast on Rhodes, 40 km south of Rhodes town. You can take a bus or coach from Rhodes town to Lindos.
