Description

Jröne Meerke (little green sea) is a small park with a pond at the north-western edge of the city of Neuss. It contains the only Western European colony of Гуска біла. Depending on the season there are also numerous other waterfowl, such as Чернь чубата, Крижень, Нерозень, Пірникоза мала, Баклан великий, Водяна курочка or Лиска звичайна. There are many trees and a small forest in the park that host numerous songbirds, including Дрізд співочий, Дрізд-омелюх, Повзик звичайний, Зяблик звичайний, Щиглик звичайний, Зеленяк звичайний, Вільшанка, Синиця блакитна, Велика синиця and many more. If you want to see the Гуска біла, you should come in the early morning or before sunset as the geese often go out to the surrounding fields for feeding.
