Description
The Herrenteich attracts various waders (Пісочник малий, Коловодник великий, Коловодник чорний, Коловодник болотяний, Коловодник лісовий, Баранець звичайний), especially during migration times. These birds are less common regionally. You can often see the Рибалочка блакитний, Плиска гірська, Шуліка чорний, Шуліка рудий and various ducks and geese. From time to time Лелека чорний, Яструб малий, Яструб великий are flying over. Now and then, Скопа, Лунь очеретяний, and Підсоколик великий can also be seen.
The area can be seen from two sides and the footbridges can be walked on. One side of the lake is overgrown with trees. Another is covered with reeds.

The area is best explored on foot and free parking is available directly in front of the lake at the inn. The footbridges are freely accessible and you can enjoy a drink while watching.
