South facing mountainside very easy and quick to access. Completely open space and marked trail.
The area of Saint-Martin de la Porte is very good for spotting birds of prey on the south facing mountainside. In the month of January, I observed the following birds here: Also good chances to see Ягнятник.

From the departmental road 1006 towards St-Martin de la Porte, take the ZA Les Oeillettes exit between St-Julien Montdenis and St-Martin de la Porte. Then take the first left to enter the ZA and park at the end near a wood yard. From there, follow the only path that goes up the side of the mountain. About thirty minutes to reach the end of it from where you can continue to climb on the side (in this case, be careful, possible rock fall). At the beginning of winter, passing through herds of ibex that can be approached very closely.
