La Roche Sèche at low tide (see link to tide table below) welcomes Побережник білий, Мартин звичайний, and Мартин сріблястий. It is also home to Пісочник морський that breeds here and returns every year. Казарка чорна, Баклан великий and Крячок рябодзьобий can be spotted near the beach, on the water or flying by. And there are also the dunes, which are home to Трав'янка чорноголова, Жайворонок польовий and Щеврик острівний. Note that in summer, people come to swim in the area.
