Decent spot for autumn migration. There is a good view of the fjord and you can observe common seabirds as well as the more rare Loons and Auks.

Description

Kragesand is a good place to observe bird migration in late summer and autumn, when Scandinavian birds migrate south. Waders can migrate in August, while in the autumn eider ducks, geese, and terns are seen. Kragesand is, apart from Lakolk on Rømø, the best place in Southern Jutland to find Гагара червоношия and Гагара чорношия. Поморник короткохвостий and Гагарка мала are often seen. In the winter, thousands of Пухівка зеленошия rest in the sea off Kragesand along with Гоголь зеленоголовий, Морянка and Синьга.
