The Bufferbekkens (water storage basins) in the Pieter Verhaeghestraat in Kuurne are located in an agricultural area. The basins attract birds and on the basins and in the surroundings some nice birds can be seen. Among the birds you can see here are Чепура велика, Синьошийка, Чапля сіра, Кропив’янка чорноголова, Чайка чубата, Пісочник малий, Очеретянка ставкова, Очеретянка лучна and Кулик-сорока.
