Description
The Blarewater is a small forest and scrubland area where you can find species such as Золотомушка жовточуба, Золотомушка червоночуба and all the species of tits. On the water you can find Чернь чубата, Нерозень, Лиска звичайна, Крижень and Широконіска північна in small numbers in winter. The dead wood provides Дятел звичайний that you can see up close. Кропив’янка чорноголова is present in the rough undervegetation.

Access
The Blarewater is located on the river Bovenschelde near the village of Hermelgem. You can reach the area via the public road under the Zingem bridge. The short circular walk shown on the map is only 0.5 km.
