Description
Located in the heart of the Somerset Levels and Moors, Greylake is a flat wetland with good paths and reedbed. Thanks to all the water, you can see Kızkuşu, Kızılbacak and Su çulluğu nesting in the spring. Smaller birds such as Kındıra kamışçını, Sarý kuyruksallayan and Bataklık kirazkuşu can be heard and seen singing from the trails.
Over winter, vast flocks of ducks and waders, being hunted by birds of prey. Kızkuşu and Altın yağmurcun are sometimes joined by Karakarınlı kumkuşu, Döşüşkenkuş and Çamurçulluğu. Large flocks of Fiyu, Çamurcun and smaller groups of Kaşıkgaga, Boz ördek and Kilkuyruk feed in front of the hides. Gök doðan and Saz delicesi are seen regularly and Boz doğan and Gökçe delice occasionally.

Access
There is a free car park off A361 (Ashcott to Taunton road) well signposted just before entrance. There is a boardwalk which meanders from the car park to the hide and provides disabled access. Said to be wheelchair friendly but never tried.
