East Haven is a small coastal village that has a long history of migrant finds. In right conditions you can find passerine migrants around the hedgerows, field edges and gardens. Birds observed in the past have included kutup isketesi, Kirazkuşu, Sürmeli Çalıkuşu, Sarıkaşlı çıvgın and Çizgili ötleğen. East Haven is good for seawatching too. And the beach and tidal rockpools are good for passage waders, gulls (Küçük martı in autumn), terns and seabirds.
