Description
At Ölands Norra Udde you have the sea on one side, calm water and many large puddles on the other. You can expect birds like Akkuyruklu kartal, Büyük tarakdiş, Suna, Pufla, Kaşıkgaga and Kuğu. In spring and autumn, during bird migration, thousands of birds pass by here. A nice bird I saw was Telkuyruk, unfortunately this one was smeared with oil, but there are hundreds of them seen there.

Access
If you drive from the bridge on Öland, direction Borgholm, then Byxelkrok. The road there is already quite an experience. You can park near the lighthouse, just before the bridge. Small parking lot (watch out for the sturdy fence in the middle of the parking lot, you can just drive into it and get stuck). From the parking you can walk towards the lighthouse, or walk back a bit and along the sea.
