Description
The final part of Nyköpingsån river flows through the city of Nyköping. Along the river there is a very good walking path on both sides. Mostly functionally adapted. The best time to visit is during autumn, winter and spring. In the part from the harbor basin and upstream to Korsbron, there is no ice for the most part in winter and can Büyük tarakdiş, Tepeli patka and Altıngöz be observed. On the river's edge Gri balýkçýl are often standing. At the rapids you can find Derekuşu and Yalıçapkını. On the stretch from Folkunga Bridge to Storhusfallet, there is also a point for Derekuşu, Yalıçapkını and Dağ kuyruksallayanı. From Storhusfallet to Stadsbron are mostly Yeşilbaş, Tepeli patka and Altıngöz. In the spring, the harbor basin is one of the places where the first Karabağ martı, Sumru and other gulls and terns appear.
