Description
The Sendero Marambay begins next to the Molino del Arrierillo. From there you continue along a coastal path and pass a gate, entering the saltpans of the Salina de Dolores. You arrive at an observation platform which has good views of the interior of the bay and the marshes. You can see ducks, waders, gulls and Kaşıkçı. The path continues to a second viewpoint from where you can observe Flamingo. You can continue to the Arillo River (border between Cádiz and San Fernando). From there you have to return to the starting point. Among the birds that you can expect to see are Kaşıkçı, Flamingo, Küçük ak balýkçýl, Karagagalı Sumru, Incegagalı martı, Kızılbacak, Karakarınlı kumkuşu, Tasçeviren, Sürmeli kervançulluğu, Halkalı cılıbıt, Akça cılıbıt, Gümüş yağmurcun, Uzunbacak and Kızıl Keklik. In winter there is a chance to see Yosun kazi.

You can park at the Molino del Arrierillo. Click on the P in the map to get directions. Best time to visit is from August to March. From April until July many birds are absent.
