Description
Punta de Sa Pedrera is an easily accessed area of rocky coastline with excellent views of the area. Gökardıç can be seen in the scrub around the top of the cliffs below which Gök doðan breeds. Thekla toygarı can also bee seen in the area.
During migration large numbers of hirundines and swifts can pass overhead and the occasional wader can drop onto the shoreline. It's also worth checking the area for passerine migrants such as Çayır taşkuşu and Kızılkuyruk. Offshore Gümüş martı and Ada Martısı are easily seen and when there is sufficient wind both Boz Yelkovan (diomedea) and Balear Yelkovanı can be seen in San Antonio bay. Tepeli Karabatak is also present in good numbers.
