Description
The small Puebla campsite is situated on the Embalse de José Torán. This reservoir is located on the bird migration route to Tarifa. As spring progresses, a large part of the reservoir dries up, allowing you to make beautiful walks inside the reservoir. Especially during the autumn migration the (empty) reservoir is visited by hundreds of Halkalı cılıbıt and Küçük halkalı cılıbıt, 3 species of Sarý kuyruksallayan, countless Kizil kirlangici, as well as Kaya kırlangıcı, Ev kırlangıcı, Kum kırlangıcı and Kır kırlangıcı. İbibik can be seen in large numbers. Ak Çaylak hunts every day, often with 2 or 3 individuals.
In spring and summer the campsite has breeding Kızılsırtlı örümcekkuşu, Kara kızılkuyruk, Kızılkuyruk, Kara sinekkapan, Benekli sinekkapan, Bozkır örümcekkuşu, Söğüt serçesi, 4 species of tits, Orman alaca ağaçkakanı, Küçük ağaçkakan and Yeşil Ağaçkakan. The İberya şah kartalı and Kızıl akbaba breed in the vicinity of the campsite. Yılan Kartalı, Küçük kartal and Balık kartalı are also frequently seen, as are Kara çaylak and Kızıl Çaylak.
Located between Seville and Cordoba, the small campsite is an excellent place to stay surrounded by nature. There are a huge variety of birds to spot on and around the campsite. If you stay for a few days, you can easily see 80 species of birds up close.
