The Jardín del Turia is an urban park area in the city of Valencia. The park was built in the drained bed of the Turia River.
The Jardín del Turia is one of the largest natural urban parks in Spain. A green walkable zone of more than 9 kilometers that crosses the city with areas for sports and romantic corners in which to get lost. From Cabecera Park to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Turia Garden is an ideal trail for runners, cyclists, families and nature lovers. Crowned by 18 bridges, imprints of centuries of history, the old bed borders on both banks with some of the city's most important museums and monuments. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Keşiş Papağanı, Yeşil papağan, İbibik, Maskeli Ötleğen, Küçük iskete, Karabaşlı iskete, Gümüş martı, Kara Sığırcık and Kaya kırlangıcı.

Espagnol: El Jardín del Turia es un parque urbano público situado en el antiguo cauce del río Turia de la ciudad de Valencia. Ocupa unas 136 ha actualmente, que serán 160 ha en un futuro con la finalización del parque de Desembocadura y con una longitud próxima a los 8,5 km que llegará a casi los 10 km con la finalización del último tramo del parque y una anchura media de unos 160 m. Es uno de los mayores jardines netamente urbanos de España. El parque comienza en el límite con el municipio de Mislata, junto al parque de la Canaleta de dicho municipio y el zoológico Bioparc Valencia a unos 19 m.s.n.m. y finaliza en el Passeig de l'Albereda junto al Oceanogràfic.
Metro Stop Turia or Alameda (note that the park is 9 km long, so check carefully which metro stop you want to take). The area is best explored on foot or by bicycle.
