Description
The Myczkowski Reservoir is a well-known place of concentration of wintering birds. In winter, you can observe large flocks of avifauna associated with the aquatic environment. Mainly ducks and swans, including Kuğu, Küçük Kuğu, Ötücü kuğu, Fiyu, Tepeli patka, Karabaş patka, Çamurcun, Elmabaş patka, Sütlabi, Altıngöz, Karagerdanlý dalgýç and Kýzýlgerdanlý dalgýç. Due to the fact that the water temperature in the reservoir is slightly higher due to the operation of the Solina hydroelectric power plant, the reservoir does not freeze as quickly as the surrounding reservoirs.
