Description
The Jezioro Dominickie lake is of importance for many birds. This 384 hectare reservoir is connected by a system of canals with other nearby lakes. Geese (with a predominance of Boz kaz), Sakarmeke and various species of ducks (including Kara ördek and Kadife ördek), as well as Kýzýlgerdanlý dalgýç and Karagerdanlý dalgýç, Bahri, Karaboyunlu batağan Karaboyunlu bataðan, Kulaklı batağan and Sütlabi winter in great numbers. Of the birds of prey, it is not uncommon to see Akkuyruklu kartal, sometimes Gök doðan.

Access
Observations are best made from the southern side of the lake (also due to sunlight). An unpaved pedestrian and bicycle path runs along the lake shore.
