Description
The observation site is located in the city center, near Poznań Cathedral and several interesting sites related to Poznań's history (worth a visit). The Cybina River is a right tributary of the Warta River. The banks are overgrown with reeds and willow clumps. The site is particularly interesting in winter (especially in a severe winter like 2026), when the surrounding reservoirs freeze. At that time, the Cybina River in this section is one of the few places in the area with free-flowing water. This situation causes a gathering of water-related birds, sometimes quite unexpectedly like Sütlabi, Büyük tarakdiş, Fiyu.
