This wetland area with peat and quag-mires is nice during summer for Küçük su çulluğu, Kara kızılbacak and other eastern wetlandbirds. Other birds you can encounter are Akkuyruklu kartal, Orman düdükçünü, Sarý kuyruksallayan, Kır baykuşu, Halkalı cılıbıt, Tepeli patka, Gökçe delice and Büyük örümcekkuşu.
