Description

The Wamberg is a 17th century estate with manor and several farms. In the old days it was property of the bankers family Van Lanschot, nowadays it is property of the family Van Rijckevorsel. The estate beholds very old (exotic) trees, meadows and ponds which give the estate a variety of flora and fauna. Among the birds you can see here are 5 species of woodpecker: Kara ağaçkakan, Küçük ağaçkakan, Ortanca Ağaçkakan, Orman alaca ağaçkakanı and Yeşil Ağaçkakan.

Access

Entrance at the Berlicumse Weg where you can park your car. The estate can be visited on foot. The area is publicly accessible all year round; two walking routes have been constructed with red and yellow posts respectively. The route shown on the map is about 3 km.
