Description

The artificial lake of Monte Pranu was born in 1951 with the construction of the dam bearing the same name, with the damming of the Rio Palmas. Among the birds you can see here are Yeşilbaş, Suna, Sutavuðu, Boz kaz, Sakarmeke, Bahri, Gri balýkçýl, Erguvani balýkçýl, Büyük ak balýkçýl, Sığır balıkçılı, Küçük ak balýkçýl, Küçük kartal, Saz delicesi, Balık kartalı, Kerkenez, Şahin, Ada Doğanı, Gök doðan, Çobanaldatan, Üveyik, Guguk, Yalıçapkını, Sazhorozu and Kızıl Başlı Örümcekkuşu.

Italiano: Il Lago artificiale di Monte Pranu nasce nel 1951 dalla costruzione dell'omonima diga,con lo sbarramento del Rio Palmas. Alla quota di massimo invaso, prevista a m 45,50 s.l.m., il bacino generato dalla diga ha una superficie dello specchio liquido di circa 6,980 km² mentre il suo volume totale è calcolato in 63 milioni di m³. La superficie del bacino imbrifero direttamente sotteso risulta pari a 436 km².
