Description
The Hühnermoor is composed of wetlands, deciduous forest, and moorland, surrounded by agricultural fields. It is possible to explore various routes through these environments. For birding, the forest area and the marsh are probably the most interesting.
From the marsh, you can view a restored stretch of the Lutter river meadow to the south, where, if you're lucky, you'll see some Kızkuşu. In the marsh itself you may find Kanada Kazı among other species. The forest area is where it is possible at times to spot Puhu. More common however, are Tepeli baştankara, Çalıkuşu, Kayın Baştankarası and other typical forest/woodland birds. In the fields around and above the wetlands at certain hours you will see Kızıl Çaylak.
