Description

Grube Cox has mixed forest with lakes and ponds. Boz ördek, Elmabaş patka and Karabatak spend the winter on the lakes. Ökse ardıcı can be seen in the poplars on the edges of the lake. In the forest, with a bit of luck, there are Küçük ağaçkakan , Ortanca Ağaçkakan, Kocabaş and Şakrak.

In winter Kızıl ardıç and Dağ ispinozu can also be seen. At night you can see Çulluk, hear Alaca Baykuş call and very occasionally Puhu. During migration I saw Balık kartalı hunt, but it is rare to observe them here. From a herpetological point of view, it is also worth a visit, as you can observe sand lizards, grass snakes and common midwife toad here.
