Plan d'eau de la Ville Saint Jacques holds a colony of Karabağ martı and Akdeniz Martısı. Macar ördeği are usually very numerous and breed here, as do Tepeli patka. Flocks of Elmabaş patka and Tepeli patka may attract the rare Pasbaş Patka. Karaboyunlu batağan Karaboyunlu bataðan are very regular. Waders make regularly stopovers on the lakes shores. Even Bataklık düdükçünü has been seen here.

Access
Easy accessible by car. After parking you can explore the area on foot. Park at the start of the path on the western part of the lake, and follow it on it's southern shore. It is quite dangerous to park elsewhere along the D606. Click on the P in the map to get directions to the parking.
