Description
Mont Caroux represents the eastern limit of the Espinouse mountains. There is a rich forestry area where you can have a chance to see Boyunçeviren, Şarkıcı mukallit, Boz söğütbülbülü and Sıvacı. There are also areas of heath which are home to Kızılsırtlı örümcekkuşu, Kara çaylak and Kızıl akbaba. And look out for Kaya kartalý. More than 10 pairs breed in the area. Although visible all year round, this large raptor preferably performs acrobatic courtship displays in January and February. Other interesting birds you can see in the area are Yılan Kartalı, Taşkızılı, Gökardıç, İshakkuşu, Maskeli Ötleğen Çalıkuşu and Kaya kirazkuşu. In winter you have a chance to see Duvar Tırmaşık Kuşu, Büyük dağbülbülü and Kar serçesi in the area.

En prolongeant votre balade, vous y découvrirez la lande haute en couleur, accueillant la Pie-grièche écorcheur, le Milan noir ou encore le Vautour fauve.
