Le Chapelier is a large pond where many migratory birds land and where you can watch the courtship of the of Bahri and Karaboyunlu batağan Karaboyunlu bataðan. Other birds you can encounter are Elmabaş patka, Pasbaş Patka, Tepeli patka, Leylek, Kuğu, Kaşıkçı, Çeltikçi, Büyük ak balýkçýl, Küçük ak balýkçýl, Erguvani balýkçýl and Sıvacı.

Français: Joli étang de la Dombes. Grand étang où de nombreux oiseaux migrateurs se posent et où l'on peut assister aux parades amoureuses des Grèbes huppés et à cou noir.
You have to go to the village of Versailleux. The Chapelier pond is along the D 904. Possibility to park at the edge of the road or in the small car park on the left edge of the pond. Push the small iron gate to the right of the lake and follow the small path to the observation posts.
NOTE: The observatories are not accessible at the moment. The gate is locked and there is a notice explaining that the observatories are in bad condition. If you visit the site and have new information on the status of the observatories, please leave a comment below.

Français: Il faut aller au village de Versailleux ; l'étang du Chapelier est le long de la D 904 . Possibilité de se garer au bord de la route ou au petit parking sur le bord gauche de l'étang. Pousser la petite porte en fer à droite du lac et suivre le petit chemin jusqu'aux postes d'observation.
REMARQUE : Les observatoires ne sont pas accessibles pour le moment. Le portail est verrouillé et il y a une pancarte expliquant que les observatoires sont en mauvais état.
