Observatoire de l'étang Ricot is a good bird hide for observing reed birds like Küçük balaban en Saz Kamışçını in spring and summer. Also a good observation point for the European Pond Turtle (Emys orbicularis). In winter, different species of ducks and Sakarmeke overwinter in the lake. With luck, a Balaban or deer may cross the pond. Observation is recommended in the morning and late afternoon. Other birds you can encounter are Saz delicesi, Bıyıklı Sumru, Gece Balikçili, Küçük ak balýkçýl, Su kılavuzu, Bülbül and Üveyik.

Français: L'observatoire offre une vue plongeante sur un étang ancien dont la roselière abrite des espèces spécifiques. Blongios nain, Rousserolle effarvatte en été. Bon point d'observation pour la Cistude d'Europe. En hiver, canards et foulques se partagent l'espace. La chance aidant, un Butor étoilé ou des cerfs peuvent traverser l'étang. Observation : recommandée le matin et en fin d'après-midi.
