Description
Col du Soulor is a good place for observing the migration of diurnal raptors. But the pass is also very interesting because of sedentary species such as Sakallı akbaba and Kızıl akbaba. Very present on this site is also Kaya kartalý and it is possible to see Küçük Akbaba here too. In the surrounding forests you can also see very interesting species of passerines such as Çaprazgaga, Kızılkuyruk or even Kuyrukkakan. There is also a bird migration counting post (1 on the map). Members of the "Oiseaux Cols Libres" association carry out a count of migrating birds. The autumn bird migration is particularly worthwhile here.

Access
Starting from Arrens-marsous or Arbéost, climb the pass. There is a parking lot. Press a P in the map to get directions to a parking. The pass is also accessible via the walking trail of GR10.
