The Bataille pass is located at 1,313 m above sea level. From September to November, a multitude of passerines pass through the pass. Kır kırlangıcı and Ev kırlangıcı are the most abundant. Also Duvar Tırmaşık Kuşu, Büyük dağbülbülü, Alp isketesi. In any season, you can observe the local fauna: Kızıl akbaba, Sakallı akbaba, Kaya kartalý, Gök doðan.

Access
The Col de la Bataille is accessible by car via the departmental D 199 coming from Léoncel. The migration is observed from the top of the tunnel (September), right in the center of the pass (October). For parking see the P on the map.
