Description

Kværs Heath is an old wandering dune which has been stopped with the planting of trees. The area is a mix of trees, open spaces with heath and ponds. There is a chance to spot the increasingly rare dağ baştankarası. Among the other birds you can encounter are Kızılsırtlı örümcekkuşu, Büyük örümcekkuşu, Yeşil Ağaçkakan, Orman alaca ağaçkakanı, Kara ağaçkakan, Tepeli baştankara, Orman tırmaşıkkuşu and Çalıkuşu. The area has also been visited by Orman Toygarı, İbibik and Göknar kargası.

Parking lot on Hedetoft or on Lyngtoft. Click on a P in the map to get directions to that point. The circular route indicated on the map is about 3,5 km long.
