Description
This area along the Vltava River is not a very beautiful place, but you can find some interesting birds there and there are many ducks and swans on this part of the river. Mandarin Ördeği is common. Also common are Tepeli patka, Küçük batağan, Kuğu, Yeşilbaş, Karabağ martı, Yalıçapkını, Kara kızılkuyruk and Yeşil Ağaçkakan. In winter Gümüş martı and Karabatak are regulars. If you have a bit of luck, you can also find Boz ördek. In the winter, some rarer ducks like Kaşıkgaga, Fiyu, Altıngöz, Büyük tarakdiş or Macar ördeği can be found there.

This area of the river is located 8 km south from the city center of Prague. Easy to reach from Prague by tram.
