The Medvednica is a mountain massif in Northern Croatia, with its highest point at 1030 meters. Most of Medvednica belongs to the Medvednica Nature Park. This park is 228.26 km2 and consists of 63% forest. The Medvednica hosts many mountain and forest birds species, such as breeding Küçük sinekkapan and Küçük yeşil ağaçkakan.
