On the edge of the Soignes forest, the site of Rouge-Cloître (red cloister) is a place steeped in history. On the nature side, the Rouge-Cloître is classified as a nature reserve, as is the Forest of Soignes. The forest, gardens and ponds are a nice place for relaxed birding.
