Description
The Handzame Broeken area consists of a extensive agricultural area, being mainly pastures, with scattered trees, bushes and willow tree lanes. The Kreekebeek river flows through the area and is a great spot for waterfowl, like Çamurcun, Fiyu and Kaşıkgaga. The surrounding pastures are good for flocks of Kızkuşu. In winter, these pastures are part of the hunting grounds for Gökçe delice. In winter, area is also good for Ötücü kuğu.
The scattered (willow) trees are great for observing Kukumav and Gökçe güvercin. The scattered bushes and fences are a great spot for breeding species, like Taşkuşu and Çayır taşkuşu.

The area doesn't have walking tracks, but you can observe the area from the road.
