Embalse de las Muelas is a reservoir located in Parque Natural de Cornalvo, where you can see a great variety of birds. In spring, the number of birds that can be observed from the viewpoints at the reservoir is spectacular. From Mérida and Trujillanos, on highway E90 take exit 11, you will arrive at the Interpretation Center of Parque Natural de Cornalvo. From there it is a 12 km drive to the reservoir of Embalse de las Muelas.
