Quinta Branca is located in a rural area. The site has easy access and provides different avifauna from the Serra da Estrela mountainous range within a short distance. Among the birds you can encounter are forsärla, tofsvipa, svart rödstjärt, vit stork, röd glada, enkelbeckasin and svarthakad buskskvätta.

Quinta Branca is right outside the town of Covilhã. Follow the direction of the Altice Datacenter, continue onwards until you cross the stream and turn on the first left. Press a P in the map for directions to a parking spot.
