Beskrivning
The area is easily accessible with a walking path around the two lakes. It is unique to have such an area so close to the city. Common reedbirds like sävsångare, Sävsparv and rörsångare breed in the reedbeds. Other birds that can be heard or seen are rödspov, gravand, skärfläcka, skedstork and blåhake. Numerous geese and duck species can be seen.
The unpaved trails lead right past puddles full of waders and geese. The tofsvipa stunt around you to divert attention from their nests.
